Can I make a reservation anytime?
Yes. We accept reservations from the homepage reservation site 24 hours a day.
However, access may be impossible due to system maintenance or other reasons.
*Since we have introduced an approval system for reservations, the reservation will be confirmed when we
receive an approval completion email from our company.
What hours are the courts available?
Weekdays 8:00-22:00 (last reception 21:00)
Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: 7:00-22:00 (last entry at 21:00)
How far in advance can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made from 60 days before the desired date of use.
I would like to use one goal, but how many people can use it?
This facility is only available for private charter use.
When making a reservation, can I just register the representative reservation person?
Please enter only the registration of representative information and the number of users.
The user is an elementary school student, but the parent makes the reservation. Is it possible?

*The credit card owner must be a legal guardian.
I would like to change the reservation date, until when can I change it?
・It is possible up to 3 days before the reservation date and time.
*If you have not completed the change procedure by the above, a cancellation fee will be charged based
on the terms of use and cancellation policy.

It is possible until one hour before the reservation date and time (usage date and time).

I am unable to go on the date of use (reservation date). Is there a cancellation fee?
No cancellation fee will be charged up to 3 days before the reservation date and time.
If you cancel
from 2 days before the reservation date and time, a cancellation fee will be charged.
Is it possible to cancel an event or business reservation?
For events and business use, a cancellation fee will be charged after 3 days before the reservation
date and time.
*When applying for or canceling an event or business use, you must apply and apply to
the court management. Please contact us by email or inquiry.
Users are elementary school students. Where can I find guardian companions?
・It is possible to accompany minors.
・If you are accompanying someone, please register them in
advance when making a reservation.
・Accompanying persons are allowed to enter the tour booth in the
facility.
・Guests are not allowed to enter the court or play together.
*When playing on the
court, be sure to register as a user when making a reservation.
I made a reservation for 1 hour, but can I extend it?
It cannot be extended. If you want to secure the usage time, you need to check the reservation status
again, select an available time and goal, and make a reservation again.
*Please check the
availability of goals from the reservation site.
I went out once while using it, can I enter again?
You can enter and exit the room with the key lock number issued at the time of use within the reserved
usage time.
*If the usage time has passed, the key lock number will be changed, so re-entry is not possible.
Can I use it even on rainy days?
It will be a semi-indoor court with a roof, so it can be used even on rainy days.
Do I need to bring shoes and balls?
・Shoes can be used as they are as long as they are athletic shoes.
・There is a ball (free)
provided.
*If you need your own ball or shoes, you can bring them.
*We do not rent non-athletic shoes, so please refrain from wearing shoes or clothes that may cause
injury.
I forgot something. What should I do?
・As soon as you realize that you have left something behind, please contact us from the court
management inquiry.
*If it is not possible to confirm the information, such as when it is outside the reception hours of the
court management side, confirmation will be made on the next business day or later.
There are other users, so please be sure to manage your valuables by yourself and check before leaving
the room so that you do not forget anything.
Since the court is unmanned, the court management cannot be held responsible in the event of theft or
loss.
I would like to use local payment, but can I just go directly to the site?
Local payment is not supported.
Please be sure to complete the advance payment (credit card payment).
I want to enter the room with a key lock, but I don't know the number.
The one-time number for the key lock is included in the e-mail when the reservation is completed.
*This number is issued only for the date and time of use. The same key lock one-time number cannot be
used outside of the date and time of use.
*If you cannot confirm the e-mail at the time of reservation completion, or if you have deleted the
e-mail and do not know the one-time number, you may not be able to enter the room at the date and time
of use.
*Please contact us if it is during court management inquiry hours.
I want to go to the bathroom, but if I leave the room once, can I enter again?
Yes. Is possible.
A one-time number issued on the date and time of use will be valid during that time.
When using the toilet, it will be in a different building, so please use the key lock number dedicated
to the toilet.
*The key lock number for the restroom can be used with the number listed in the reservation completion
email.
Can it be changed to minibus size?
Yes. Is possible.
If you wish to change it, please select the desired goal size when making a reservation.
*If there is a problem, please contact the court management.

I want to go to the bathroom, where is it?
It is located on the 3rd floor of the Spagio Building, near the Ookini Basketball Court, as described in the reservation confirmation email. (It is a building with a coffee kitchen car on the 1st floor as a landmark.)
